2008 September Hot Spring Run

girls,

this email is to remind you that the September run is coming up on this Sat. (27th)
after a few talks and discussion, we decided to take the bus (Capital Star) to Yilan
it's really the easiest and simplest way for everyone
the bus is new with nice big seats
ticket is NTD 120.
tickets are only available at-site; EasyCard is acceptable as well
the traffic time is around 1 hr

so here is the regroup info:
Time: 13:00
Venue: MRT Taipei City Hall Station, Exit 3
Capital Star Bus Station (you will see people queuing ...)

Since we will have to queue for the bus, (they don't sell seats in advance)
please be there ON TIME so we can all get on the same bus as soon as we can

Some of you might have heard the news about the damages caused by the big typhoon in Yilan
The hare has checked the run yesterday and it is really an easy run with a nice view
so Stella, if you need to, take your girls
I am sure they can handle it very well

and after the run, we will enjoy the famous hot spring in Jiao Shi
so don't forget your changing clothes and towels
and anything else you need

after the bash, the group should head back to Taipei around 9
and arrive Taipei around 10
(this is when the traffic is better)

so please let us know if you are joining the run
otherwise we will not wait for you at the bus stop

P.S., since it's an A-to-B run, coming with your own car will NOT be a smart move
just join everyone with the bus!

別忘了這個禮拜六就是我們 Formosa 的宜蘭礁溪特別跑步
經過幾番激烈的討論 我們決定以最簡單輕鬆的方式去礁溪
也就是搭巴士 (首都之星)
巴士很新 座位很大很舒服
票價是 120 元
現場購票 優遊卡也可通
車程約 1 個小時

集合時間: 27號 下午 1:00
集合地點: 捷運市政府站 出口 3
首都之星巴士站 (一推人排隊的就是了）

由於首都是採現場隨到隨上　不事先售票
所以請大家準時　這樣我們才能一起上同一台巴士

大家可能有看到新聞說上個颱風重創宜蘭
兔子特別在昨天去看了一下路況
確認是沒有問題的
這次的路很輕鬆　風景又漂亮
適合大人小孩一起來

另外在跑完步之後，我們會去泡泡礁溪溫泉
所以別忘了帶你的換洗衣物，毛巾和個人盥洗用品

晚上吃完飯後，約 9 點鐘再回台北
這時候的交通才會比較好
因此回到台北約 10 點鐘

由於這次的跑步是 A到B 的路
因此強烈建議不要自己開車
（否則你就得自己走Ａ到Ａ呵呵呵）

We are going to Yilan again!!!
Yes, yes, you know it!!!
It's all about great food, hot spring, and of course with a beautiful run!!!
If you want, you can stay for the night but you have to arrange it yourself
(Stella, if Sebastian is in town, you might want to do that. Just ask him to meet us for the bash and then your family can have a nice one-day outing in Yilan)
Considering the transportation, we will need to know how many of you are joining.
So please sign up for the run and then we'll come up with a better way to take you gals there
Roughly, we'll leave around noon time and come back after the bash

Formosa 2008 August Run Coming Up On the 16th

dears,

please mark your calendar that the Formosa August run is coming up on the 16th!!!!
The hare, Mu Shio Hwa, will take you to the 4 animal mountains
followed by the famous lu-wei restaurant in the neighbourhood
so come enjoy another chilled out Sat. afternoon and another crazy eating party

flour will start from 101, on the Song Ji Road side (facing VieShow Cinema)
(if you don't know to get to 101, pls talk to anyone next to you)
it will take you to the start of the run, Xin Yi High School

Regroup @ 2:30 pm at Xin Yi High School
Run starts @ 3:00 pm

Formosa 2008 May Run --- Dazi

Dears,

After this Sunday running in the City, we will have our real run on 10th of May.
Dorthea will hare a run in Dazi with a beautiful city view, 101, Keelung River and Songshan Airport.
This might be the last time she hares for us before she leaves the country.
So come come to say goodbye to our lovely runner from far far away Norway!

Regroup venue: Yuan Shan MRT Station (Tam Shui/Red Line)

It will take another 10 mins. drive from the MRT Station to the start point.
So if you are driving, please stop by to pick us up.

Dear all,

After meetings and discussions on it at our favourite restaurant/bar/club,
the run is finally happening on this coming Sunday

March run on the Election Day + PARTY WEEK!!

Girls, party week is coming up

Sat. 22 run will be Formosa signature run at Wu Chi
mountain followed by potluck party at Nina's house.

There are lots to discuss in this run.. what to do
with Carnegies sponsorship money, Su Pao race in May,
bike trip..... and of course catching up with
everyone!

Meet: in front of Dong Fu park swimming pool on Chong
Kong road
Time: 2pm (if you are driving, please come here and
pick us up)

Run will start from Nina's house.

Please bring one dish to share with everyone later.
If you don't have time, please bring a bottle of wine.

Feb. 23 Formosa run in Mu Cha

Dear all,

Finally weather is getting warmer so no more excuse.
It is time for exercise!

Jackie and I found a beautiful loop in Mucha above
Ching Long temple. Run is almost all trail with not
much climbing.. So we trust you all will enjoy!!

Date: Feb. 23rd
Meet at: Mucha Zoo MRT at 2pm
PS. Drivers, please pick us up at the zoo.

Run will start around 3pm and bash will be at mountain
chicken restaurant just near start of the run.

If you are coming late or just joining bash, please
drive up to Ching Long temple then further go up to
Wan Shou road No.71. Restaurant number is 02

Welcome Formosa Girls

Dear all,

On behalf of our new GM, SPP the CEO, I am setting up this blog.
The purpose of this blog is to promote FH3 in public while the email system should only be used among the circle of trust (a lot of gossips, you know).

I will be posting the information about the run every month, as well as other fun activities we'll have. The CEO and the marketing manager have been planning things for this year. Certainly we'll have a lot of fun together.
