會長跟他親愛的兒子金杰兒再次帶領我們亂走五指山... 咳咳，我是說探索

集合時間：下午兩點
集合地點：大湖公園游泳池
（有開車的姐妹們請到這裡來幫忙載豬... 咳咳，我是說人）

同時12月也是選賢與能的季節
所以 請大家一定要來參加 投下你最神聖的一票
為明年選出一位最厲害的會長
請在家裡先想好 你要陷害誰... 咳咳，我是說投給誰

選出新會長之後，我們接著會去內湖一家義大利餐廳舉辦我們的FH3聖誕派對
吃聖誕大餐，喝聖誕紅酒... (有這種酒嗎，會長？）
今年跑了五次以上的會員，照慣例免費享用大餐跟紅酒
沒有跑滿五次的，明年請加油，麻煩自掏腰包五百大洋，但會長保證絕對物超所值

November Run on 11/15 in Danshui 十一月 FH3 跑步在淡水

Hi Dear Fh3,

Here's the details of November run in Danshui~

Since we are planing to bash at home (because too many kids and babies), I'll prepare some Hakka food and Danshui famous delicious snacks, like Bauzi. fishbal soup. seafood chips, etc. Also, I'd like everyone to bring one dish to the bash. Eating and Drinking are very important things for Fh3, right?

I'll mark flour from two different road~

1. From Beitou - Dao Syang Rd& Zhongyang N.Rd~mountain road to Danshui past Guo Hua Golf Course, this road will take you about 15 mins after turning up on Dao Syang Rd from ZhungYang N. Rd.

2. Start from HongShuLin MRT( right cross the station) all the way to DanJin road & Beihsin road (Hwy 101) ~ along the main road to Baishawan & SanZhi from Taipei city, you can see the flour mark from Hongshulin MRT station before the big turn ( Chungcheng east road). Stay on the main by-pass road (Dan-Jin Rd) on your right hand side. It's about 10 mins to our place from the intersection of Dan Jin Rd and Bei Hsin Rd. (turn right BEFORE Tian Yuan Temple on Hsiao Ping Ding Rd (Route 3) for 300meters. Wei-Ye-Na Villas on the right.

It's about 200 NT and 15 mins to our house by taxi from HongShuLin MRT.

我當天會準備一些客家點心和淡水小吃,另外,因為小朋友的關係,因此我們不出去吃飯,請大家各準備一道菜來,這樣大家就可以盡情的party囉!

麵粉將會在兩個地方開始灑~

1.北投稻香路與中央北路口(承德路接大業路後再左轉中央北路):往淡水的山路, 開車的人如想避開繁忙的淡水交通,可走此路,經過國華高爾夫球場到我們家.(約15分可到,如果你習慣開山路)

2.自紅樹林捷運站對面的馬路開始灑至淡金路 & 北新路口再右轉上山: 開車從台北市區走平面道路到淡水,別走進淡水市區,維持在右手邊,繼續接上右邊往三芝的淡金路,經過右手邊第一個7-11後的交叉路口就是北新路,請注意麵粉將會帶著你向右轉上山,約5分可到.

你也可以從紅樹林捷運轉計程車到我們家大約須15分,車資約200元.

This upcoming Saturday 25th, our exciting Formosa Run is on!!

Grouping time: Bei-Tou MRT station 北投捷運站 at 2pm (I and Paula will pick up some people, I need maybe one more car, pls someone volunteer) For someone who drive, I will mark from Bei-Tou MRT station 北投捷運站- 大業路- 左轉大同街- 接復興二路 - 右轉復興三路. to our home (白宮山莊: our add--復興三路 201 巷 4 弄 2號. )

Run will be nice and easy, suitable for pregnant/ tall/ short/ slim/ fat/ old/ young...... women & children. By walking, takes about 1.5 hours.

Run start: 3pm

Bash: 6pm Near Chin-yun MRT station. 奇岩站對面 "有有有鵝肉路邊餐廳" The Goose Restaurant

2008 September Hot Spring Run

girls,

this email is to remind you that the September run is coming up on this Sat. (27th)
after a few talks and discussion, we decided to take the bus (Capital Star) to Yilan
it's really the easiest and simplest way for everyone
the bus is new with nice big seats
ticket is NTD 120.
tickets are only available at-site; EasyCard is acceptable as well
the traffic time is around 1 hr

so here is the regroup info:
Time: 13:00
Venue: MRT Taipei City Hall Station, Exit 3
Capital Star Bus Station (you will see people queuing ...)

Since we will have to queue for the bus, (they don't sell seats in advance)
please be there ON TIME so we can all get on the same bus as soon as we can

Some of you might have heard the news about the damages caused by the big typhoon in Yilan
The hare has checked the run yesterday and it is really an easy run with a nice view
so Stella, if you need to, take your girls
I am sure they can handle it very well

and after the run, we will enjoy the famous hot spring in Jiao Shi
so don't forget your changing clothes and towels
and anything else you need

after the bash, the group should head back to Taipei around 9
and arrive Taipei around 10
(this is when the traffic is better)

so please let us know if you are joining the run
otherwise we will not wait for you at the bus stop

P.S., since it's an A-to-B run, coming with your own car will NOT be a smart move
just join everyone with the bus!

別忘了這個禮拜六就是我們 Formosa 的宜蘭礁溪特別跑步
經過幾番激烈的討論 我們決定以最簡單輕鬆的方式去礁溪
也就是搭巴士 (首都之星)
巴士很新 座位很大很舒服
票價是 120 元
現場購票 優遊卡也可通
車程約 1 個小時

集合時間: 27號 下午 1:00
集合地點: 捷運市政府站 出口 3
首都之星巴士站 (一推人排隊的就是了）

由於首都是採現場隨到隨上　不事先售票
所以請大家準時　這樣我們才能一起上同一台巴士

大家可能有看到新聞說上個颱風重創宜蘭
兔子特別在昨天去看了一下路況
確認是沒有問題的
這次的路很輕鬆　風景又漂亮
適合大人小孩一起來

另外在跑完步之後，我們會去泡泡礁溪溫泉
所以別忘了帶你的換洗衣物，毛巾和個人盥洗用品

晚上吃完飯後，約 9 點鐘再回台北
這時候的交通才會比較好
因此回到台北約 10 點鐘

由於這次的跑步是 A到B 的路
因此強烈建議不要自己開車
（否則你就得自己走Ａ到Ａ呵呵呵）

We are going to Yilan again!!!
Yes, yes, you know it!!!
It's all about great food, hot spring, and of course with a beautiful run!!!
If you want, you can stay for the night but you have to arrange it yourself
(Stella, if Sebastian is in town, you might want to do that. Just ask him to meet us for the bash and then your family can have a nice one-day outing in Yilan)
Considering the transportation, we will need to know how many of you are joining.
So please sign up for the run and then we'll come up with a better way to take you gals there
Roughly, we'll leave around noon time and come back after the bash

The hare, Mu Shio Hwa, will take you to the 4 animal mountains
followed by the famous lu-wei restaurant in the neighbourhood
so come enjoy another chilled out Sat. afternoon and another crazy eating party

flour will start from 101, on the Song Ji Road side (facing VieShow Cinema)

Formosa 2008 May Run --- Dazi

Dears,

After this Sunday running in the City, we will have our real run on 10th of May.
Dorthea will hare a run in Dazi with a beautiful city view, 101, Keelung River and Songshan Airport.
This might be the last time she hares for us before she leaves the country.
So come come to say goodbye to our lovely runner from far far away Norway!

Girls, party week is coming up

Sat. 22 run will be Formosa signature run at Wu Chi
mountain followed by potluck party at Nina's house.

There are lots to discuss in this run.. what to do
with Carnegies sponsorship money, Su Pao race in May,
bike trip..... and of course catching up with
everyone!

Meet: in front of Dong Fu park swimming pool on Chong
